Ways to pay, and changing your card

Every server has its own monthly or quarterly subscription, paid through Stripe. Prices include everything; nothing is added at checkout.

Change your card

1. In HQ, open Billing.
2. Under Payment methods, add a new one, or choose Manage saved methods.
3. Changing the default moves every server to it, including the next try of a failed payment.

Pay every month or quarter

Quarterly saves 5%. Choose it on a server’s Change plan page under Pay every. 6 and 12 months come from 12 March 2027.

Invoices

Every invoice and credit note is under Billing, then Invoices and credit notes. Card details are held by Stripe, never by Exclsv.
