Change size, game, add-ons or how often you pay from one page. HQ shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Change plan

1. In HQ, open Billing and choose Change plan on the server. On the server itself it is under More, then Plan and billing.
2. Pick a new Size, Switch game, Add-ons or Pay every.
3. The button shows the exact charge or refund. Confirm.

What it costs

• Bigger: you pay now for the days left in this period, and the server is resized once it is paid.
• Smaller: happens now, and the difference for the days left is paid back to your card, or kept as credit if you prefer.
• Another game: a dearer game is an upgrade, a cheaper one a downgrade. Switching game doesn’t start a new 14-day period.

Add-ons

• More disk: 25 GB for £1.99 or 50 GB for £3.99 a month.
• Extra burst: 2 more CPU threads when the machine is quiet, £2.99 a month.
• 5 more backups for £1.49 a month, or the Backup bundle for £2.99 a month: 30-day off-site history plus 5 more backups of your own.
