Each server renews automatically until you cancel, in one step in HQ, and we email you before each renewal. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Founder offer: 10% off your first 12 months (on your first server only, for the first 200 accounts that pay, one per person; closes at 200 or on 31 March 2027). 72-hour full refund on your first purchase (one per customer). A thread is half of a processor core; bursts use idle processor time on the machine, so they aren’t guaranteed.

Owner from the first join
Put your character’s name in Settings and you get owner permissions the moment you join.
Pause when empty
Turn it on and your world stops while nobody is online, or off and your settlers keep working.

How players join
Players join from the address HQ shows on your server page, or the share link that opens a page with these steps.
Mods and loaders
Upload a mod’s .jar to the mods folder with Files and restart. Players are offered the same mods when they join.
HQ stops the server, writes the file, checks it and starts it again. Each save can be undone on its own with Undo this change.

What Necesse on Exclsv can’t do, or does differently.
- Necesse has no in-game server list: players join with the address and port.
- Mods are uploaded by hand for now; an in-HQ mod picker comes later.

How do my friends join?
In Multiplayer, Join server, Add server, they type the address and port from HQ’s Connect page.
Can I use my single-player world?
Yes. Upload the world’s .zip from your PC’s Necesse saves folder into saves with Files, then set World to its name.
Does the world keep running when nobody is on?
Only if you want it to. Pause when empty is on by default; turn it off in Settings to let your settlers keep working.
How much does a Necesse server cost?
£6.99 a month for 8 slots and 3 GB, £9.99 for 16 slots and 4 GB, or £14.99 for 32 slots and 6 GB.
