What the Server Doctor does
Updated 31 October 2026 · 2 minute read · Every server · By Exclsv Support
The Server Doctor watches your server and explains anything that goes wrong in plain words. It asks before it fixes anything, unless you turn that on.
What it does
- Checks the server every minute and before every start.
- Reads the game’s logs and names the problem: a full disk, a mod that doesn’t fit, a broken settings file, running out of memory.
- Shows a button for what it can fix, and says what the button changes before you press it.
- Takes a backup before every fix, so you can undo it.
Open it
- In HQ, open your server. A line under the header says if the Doctor found something.
- Open Health from the Overview to see its findings and checks.
- Choose Check now to run the checks straight away.
Fix things for me
Fix things for me starts off: the Doctor asks you first. Turn it on under Health and it fixes the safe things by itself, still with a backup first. Fixed for you lists what it did in the last 7 days.
Ask a person
If the Doctor can’t fix it, choose Ask our support team on the same page. It opens a ticket with your logs and what the Doctor found, so you don’t have to explain it again.
If it doesn’t work
The Doctor says nothing is wrong but players can’t join
Most join problems are the address or the game version. See the joining guide, then open a ticket if it still fails.
Still stuck? Ask on the Discord or email us.
