Let a friend help run your server

Add people to your server with their own HQ login, and choose what each one can do. You never share your password.

Invite someone

1. In HQ, open your server, then More, then People.
2. Enter their email address and choose a role. If they have no HQ account, the email asks them to create one and accept.

The roles

• Admin, Moderator, Players only or Power only are ready-made sets.
• Custom: tick each permission yourself, in groups. Risky ones, such as console commands or deleting files, need an “I understand”.
• Nobody you add can manage people, see billing, buy or delete the server.

Two-step sign-in

We recommend your helpers turn on two-step sign-in, but it is their choice.

If it doesn’t work
