Prices include everything, with nothing added at checkout. No VAT will be added to these prices. Each server renews automatically until you cancel, in one step in HQ, and we email you before each renewal. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Founder offer: 10% off your first 12 months (on your first server only, for the first 200 accounts that pay, one per person; closes at 200 or on 31 March 2027). 72-hour full refund on your first purchase (one per customer). A thread is half of a processor core; bursts use idle processor time on the machine, so they aren’t guaranteed.

HQ makes an admin password for you. Players who enter it in game get the admin panel.

BackupsAutomatic backups every hour, kept for 48 hours, and off-site backups every 6 hours, with 7 daily copies kept.
Undo and the BinUndo this change takes back one settings save, and a roll-back can be undone too. Deleted files wait in the Bin for 7 days.

Crash careAfter a crash HQ starts the server again and tells you why it stopped. If it keeps crashing, HQ names the likely cause and offers to remove it.

How players join

Steam, PlayStation and Xbox players can join the same server. You can limit it to one platform in Settings.

  2. Search for your server’s name.
  3. Enter the password if you set one.

Add mod.io mod IDs in Settings; the server downloads them when it starts. Every player needs the same mods.

HQ stops the server, writes the file, checks it and starts it again. Each save can be undone on its own with Undo this change.

Good to know before you buy

What Abiotic Factor on Exclsv can’t do, or does differently.

  • Abiotic Factor’s server runs on Windows only, so we run it through Proton. A big patch can occasionally stop it starting; if an update does, Undo update brings back the previous build and your world.
  • Above 6 players the game shows a warning; it is made for up to 6.
